Yoga Edinburgh

I teach Hatha Yoga & my style of Yoga teaching is influenced greatly by my experience in Alexander Technique which I also teach. It is especially suited to those with particular needs or who are interested in getting inside the Yoga asanas/poses in some detail. I work with unusually small groups, with a maximum of 4 students. Yoga was originally taught one to one & only when it became popular in the West was it taught in largish groups. Small groups suit my way of teaching & those who come to my classes value the individual & detailed input. I also offer one to one classes. I also run Parent & Baby Yoga. These are friendly, relaxed classes in which parent & baby can have fun together with Yoga. For parents with twins, I am happy to work with one of the babies & to swap over as needed!
